The short version: Because every tee is made to order just for you, we want you to love what you wear. If something's wrong with what arrives, we'll make it right ❤️

Faulty or incorrect items
If your t-shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice 😊

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us at goalthirdbrand@gmail.com, and we will process your request as soon as possible 💻

When you'll receive your refund
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Banks have a mind of their own, so you'll need the patience of a goal shooter on the transverse line, as it may take a few days to reflect in your bank account 😂
